  The lady at the desk was very kind and accommodating. The pool and the hot tub were clean and there was places nearby to grab necessities if needed.

  The front desk receptionist was kind and price was decent but not for the lack of sleep. The doors slam and echo loudly. The toilets are loud. The a/c was inconsistent and the room was oddly humid. The pillows were horrible, bed wasn’t the worst but not the best. The elevator gears and bathroom door squeaks when you’re trying to close it quietly. If I had energy/time I would be asking for a refund. I’ll sandwich all that negativity in with the last positive notes ; location was decent and breakfast was ok. First floor 116. Bonus negative note, the door to the room also had a bit of a notch where it was sticking so even trying to close it quietly was a task.

  First day at pool was rough due to swim lessons being held and you arent warned about then the First night down at the pool was rough. Had a huge group of disrespectful younger adults refusing to listen when being addressed. Doing somersault and almost landed on my 4 year old. I will say at that point i was more than ready to leave and never use this hotel again. However I will say kavya at the front desk handled this situation like a boss. Not once not twice but 3 times and finally told them to leave the pool area or she would have to call authorities. She single handly turned this trip around for us.

  Hotel was a very reasonable price and including a lot of nice amenities. The pool area and TV in the hotel room was really nice! The whole hotel in general smelt pleasant, clean, and well kept. Hotel staff was nice. I was a little bummed that they didn’t have conditioner nor had any that you could buy from the front desk. Bed was pretty hard, it felt like a box spring. I may be a little harsher being 8 months pregnant. However, the sheets were very clean. We would stay here around if the price was low $100 range again. We got the place for about $99 a night which was really a bargain for everything you got!
