  We stay here for the location when we are in town. While the lobby, pool, and grounds are well maintained and inviting the rooms lack luster. On our last visit Mike checked us in and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and that we knew all the services that were available, especially the back area for the dogs. But…our room wasn’t even near clean under or behind things. The curtains were dirty when I went to open the blackout binds. The next morning when we went to shower we couldn’t get the handheld shower head to stay up on the railing they had it attached to and the curtain was so moldy at the bottom I was just hoping it wouldn’t touch me. Again, we have stayed here before and don’t remember these issues before but the hotel is older. I think they need to assess their cleaning practices and make sure more attention is given to the extras like under things, curtains, and the bottom of a shower curtain.

  The staff and service was fine, but the room needed some way to remove the humidity from the air. The AC did nothing to remove humidity, making the room feel very damp.

  Customer service was great, easy check in and out. Desk associates very friendly. Rooms need to have major cleaning of carpets and floors. They need to throw pillows away and get new ones, they smell atrocious. Ice machine on third floor broken. Location was the main reason we stayed here. Close to Ark Encounter and Creation museum. And price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good and pool was clean.

  We booked through an online travel company and when our 18 year old son and his friends got to the hotel at 9:30pm their room had been cancelled by the travel company. There were no rooms available and Mike at the Front Desk was concerned and extremely helpful and we all Thank him very much. The General Manager, Mr.Patel, went above and beyond and even though there were no rooms available there he took it upon himself to call around and find a room that night at anther chain’s hotel and the next day for the following night. We live 5 hours away and we are beyond Grateful for his kindness and generosity. If Staff go to these lengths to help 4 teenagers that aren’t even able to stay at their hotel, I am sure that those who stay at their hotel are in great hands.

  I come in town frequently for family. I go back and forth between two hotels. Harrison have gone way up because of all the construction crews in town? I understand supply and demand, but if rates are increasing, the quality should increase too. Cleanliness and maintenance shouldn’t go downhill while prices keep climbing. Paying more should come with a better experience, not the same issues.
