  The pillows were completely flat. We asked for more and they said they didn’t have anymore. Breakfast was great. Just the building in general is old and outdated.

  Me and my boyfriend go to Columbus every year to visit the zoo and we always stay here. The hotel is usually very quiet and low key. We love the pool and hot tub. Not to mention there’s a lot of food options near by, and even an ice cream joint across the street. Never had a single complaint of the beds either (very comfy). The location however is a bit busy but the highway is easy to get to.

  I was very disappointed with my stay. The pool was super cloudy and when I called the front desk they said he was the only one at the desk at the moment so he couldn’t help. I then asked if it would be fixed by the end of the night. He said he wasn’t sure if a manager would be in today so he didn’t know. The hot tub had words carved into it bc the paint was peeled of in a lot of patches. We also overheard the worker talking about how a worker was out from slipping and falling and breaking her arm from being pool side. There are no towels kept at the pool which they don’t warn you about beforehand. There are also no towels in the gym. The gym is literally 1 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 elliptical, plus a stand of free weights in a very tiny room that there is barely space to walk through. Fast forward to breakfast. There were boxes in the dining area across the entire back wall. There was also no milk for the cereal (or just to drink) so that sucked. The woman was also cooking in a little corner of the dining hall. Now on to the room itself. The room smelled strongly of bleach which was unpleasant but at least the floors were clean I guess. It is a hardwood floor btw. The mattresses were stained. The box that the mattress sits on had holes. They didn’t give us the correct amount of towels even though they had us tell them 3x. We were given 5 stained towels between the set we were originally given and the set that we had to request. Would not recommend at all. Not worth the money at all.

  This hotel is advertised with an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Pool was cold and cloudy and obviously no pump running, and the hot tub had an out of order sign on it. So both were not useable. The hallway had a foul oder. The room was horribly musty smelling. Do not recommend. One morning, out of the two that we were there, the breakfast was ok. No water pressure in the shower also. After a long day of traveling we were looking forward to the pool, hot tub, and a decent shower. Big disappointment.

  I'll try to add more when I've actually stayed here for our upcoming trip, but I wanted to commend their customer service. I forgot to double check the reservation date (I have a newborn, so mom-brain is real right now), and I got the wrong day on a non-refundable reservation. I called them and immediately had a human answer, not some silly robot telling me to press a dozen numbers until it figures out what I need. For that alone, I'm grateful. After that phone call, it took a day, but I recieved a text confirming the date I did want and it was done! I was worried that I would have to cancel and then pay the whole amount again, so I am very relieved and happy with the way they have taken care of me as a customer. I look forward to our stay here. My husband is excited for the breakfast. Edit: After staying, I have to knock my review down to 4 stars. I'm still very grateful for their help, but the room and elevator smelled funky, I could feel the mattress springs, and the TV in the breakfast room was way too loud.
