  Not worth the one star! Rooms are double beds and advertised as queens. $170 for the night to find mold in the shower and cracks in the ceiling of the room. Photos are deceptive. Do not reccomend.

  The guys at the front desk were very kind but the room was nasty, the mirrors were not clean they had hand prints all over them the head board had sticky stuff all over it and it had gross fuzz on it, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way the shower curtain was ripped in a couple different places, the bathroom floor was filthy and there were boogers on the wall.

  Tammy was kind, helpful and honest. The staff we met the night we arrived (sorry didn't catch his name) was suoer curious and polite. Rooms were cleanand looked good! Breakfast was amazing with fresh, eggs, sausage and gravy among other options too many to list! Plenty of hot water, soft towels, toiletries. We doordashe Domino's. I know there were tons of other options but cant name them all. Hotel was clean. There are vending machines and ice on each floor. Wifi, hair dryer, ironing board and a good 'ol fashioned alarm clock that my 16 year old son found absolutely memorizing! 😁 Ps hope your pool gets fixed soon!

  They never properly cleaned the rooms, we were on a business trip for 3 weeks (our company booked the rooms) when requested to have the rooms cleaned we were told they were “too busy” or either they weren’t properly cleaned. During the first week we were told they was no cooking allowed we accepted and told them okay, from then on we didn’t cook! Next morning when we asked for our rooms to be cleaned we left and went out to eat, we get a call from Tammy stating with an attitude that we were cooking in the room because “there was a smell in the hallway” as if there aren’t other people staying at the hotel! The cooking stuff was put away, she stated we had to leave and we called our company. They stated that she reported that we cooked in the room and trashed it by having “luggage everywhere”. She was very rude and disrespectful, when we asked her when we cooked she stated that that it smelled in the hallway and we had roosters for dinner that night! She made false accusations for no reason but seeing the reviews it was stated plenty of times that she was racist. The white guy that cleaned the rooms never properly cleaned them and must’ve complained and lied. When we checked in we had an nice Arab/Indian guy and when we cooked he let us know that we couldn’t do that here and we listened and ordered takeout. May she find God and learn how to treat people and not base it on the skin of their color! Instead of trying to figure out issues she try and argue against them as seen in previous reviews! Hire better staff best western. Also we’re not from Ohio!

  We were accused of cooking in the room early in the morning even though we ordered carry out! They had a problem because we were staying with a company and asked for the rooms to be properly cleaned which they weren’t! The sheets were never changed they just made the beds and left. We were told not to cook and we said ok , she proceeds to go through our luggage and tell us that we cooked because the hallway smells like food. As if there aren’t a multiple people on the same floor. We ordered takeout which they could clearly see in the trash. Tammy also yelled and had an attitude telling us that luggage was all over the room. MIND YOU ITS 3 people and WERE HERE FOR AN JOB THAT IS 3 WEEKS. We are organized people so we keep our things in our bags and they have 1 Small closet with an iron board how is 3-5 duffle bags GOING TO FIT IN A SMALL CLOSET WITH AN IRON BOARD. PLEASE Don’t STAY HERE IF YOU ARE AN PERSON OF COLOR, AND JUST BECAUSE SHE HIRE PEOPLE OF COLOR DOESNT MEAN YOU ARENT RACIST! THANK YOU Update: She called us yelling with an attitude saying we were cooking in the room. We talked to your workers the beginning of the week and the was the only time we cooked in the room. They said we couldn’t and we listened. There wasn’t no pots in the room and you had to be going through our things to find the bag with the seasonings. Just because it’s in the room doesn’t mean we were cooking. We ordered take out that night which you could see in the trash. You accused us and don’t want to admit you were wrong, nobody ever threatened you we saw the reviews and it explained to us the reason you acted the way you were. Update: she continues to lie and say that we continued to cook in the room and we didn’t! She has no proof other than a so called “smell” the same day we asked them to clean our room… make it make sense
