  The guy working the front desk has the worst customer service ever. Lmao I ask is they had rooms he said it’s end of my shift I guess I can help you out hahah na my guy I don’t need your help I wonder if his bosses no about this idk but something tells me they about to find out

  Sure it's not the nicest hotel but I had no issues. Super comfy, convenient, and had everything I needed, and the free breakfast is also lovely but nothing fancy. The staff I interacted with were very polite, helpful, and fun to talk to.

  I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend, and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish! The hospitality and guest service were outstanding, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness throughout the property really stood out and showed the team’s attention to detail. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, making the overall stay stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel exceeded expectations in customer service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction. Management is clearly doing an excellent job maintaining high standards and creating a positive guest experience for everyone staying there. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and truly outstanding service. My friend and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rochester. 10/10 stay!

  I recently stayed at Best Western for a night and had a really good experience overall. The check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. I especially appreciated how quiet it was—I was able to relax and get a good night’s rest. During my stay, I had a small request, and I noticed the manager, Denish, was actively involved and making sure things were running smoothly. He personally checked in to ensure everything was taken care of, which isn’t something you see everywhere. That level of attention and care really stood out to me. It made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. Would definitely consider staying here again.

  Outstanding Stay at Best Western I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at Best Western. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and very welcoming. The front desk agent and The Manager on duty - Denish made me feel valued and ensured everything was taken care of quickly. The room exceeded my expectations—it was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard throughout my stay. What truly made the difference was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to help created a very positive and stress-free environment. The overall property was well-maintained, and the amenities added great value to the experience. It’s clear that Best Western prioritizes cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. This was a seamless and memorable stay, and I will absolutely choose Best Western again in the future.
