  We had lunch at Ladurée and absolutely loved the experience. The outdoor patio is a lovely, quiet, and charming space—it hardly feels like you're in the middle of New York City. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere made for such a relaxing meal. A perfect spot for a leisurely lunch. Highly recommend!

  Incredible experience at Ladurée. Juan took such great care of us throughout our meal and had incredible attention to detail. He anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed! We also had Erick stop by our table and he was so kind and attentive. It’s rare to find a place with such accommodating and genuine staff. (And I haven’t even gotten to how stunning the space is!!)

  Ladurée Soho is absolutely beautiful. The elegant dining room has a classic Parisian charm, and the backyard garden is a hidden gem—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to enjoy coffee and dessert. The coffee was excellent, and the desserts were fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel well taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking for a charming spot with a wonderful atmosphere, amazing desserts, great coffee, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Ladurée Soho.

  We ordered macarons from Ladurée for our wedding, and they were absolutely perfect! They were not only stunning to look at, but they tasted just as incredible. We chose the Rose and Pistachio flavors, and both were a huge hit with our guests. So many people commented on how delicious they were, and they added such an elegant touch to our dessert table. The best part of the entire experience was working with Taylor. She was so kind, helpful, and made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated all of her help. They exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier! Thank you Taylor!!!

  Not for eating. I am genuinely shocked by how far this place has fallen. For a restaurant with such a long history and a mandatory $35 table minimum, the current quality of food and service is completely unacceptable. This wasn't my first visit, but it will definitely be my last because it has gotten significantly worse. I ordered the burger, and the meat was distinctly sour—just completely unpalatable. To make matters worse, the service was totally nonexistent. No one brought napkins or bothered to refresh my drinks, so I literally had to do it myself. When the waitress finally asked how the food was and I told her I really didn't like the burger, she just said, "I understand," and walked off. No apology, no attempt to fix it, nothing. If you just want to sit in a cute garden, drink tea, and have something sweet, maybe it's fine. But if you actually want a proper meal, do not come here. This is definitely not the place anymore.
