Just celebrated my bday here in SoHo location! Our server Faith was so sweet. She made sure everything was on the table on time, shared great recs, and took our pictures. Her attitude was so positive that it made this whole experience very smooth and pleasant. She was very patient with us even if it was a big group and larger order. I never had to wait for her for once, she was always checking in (just a perf amount) and making sure everything is going smoothly. All five stars are for her💗

Ladurée SoHo experience.
I rarely leave bad reviews or provide this kind of feedback, but my experience at Ladurée SoHo has been the worst so far.
Let’s start with the hostess, who clearly hated her job. She was obviously annoyed by our presence during lunch and my birthday celebration. We politely asked if any tables were available, but she gave a short, cold answer and even rolled her eyes while walking away to check for a table. When she came back and asked if we had a reservation, I told her I made one online, since it seemed necessary to do so. Our table was in the middle, under a tree, and, unsurprisingly, our glasses were covered in bird droppings. What a lovely start! The service was miserable, unprofessional, demanding, and somewhat ridiculous. Our server never said more than he needed to—taking our order and bringing the check. I believe his name was Rodrigo M., based on the check. All staff members stared at us, making us feel unwelcome. We decided to have a drink and some food, hoping to enjoy my birthday despite the poor experience. I ordered an almond croissant, but it arrived with chocolate inside, which was not what I ordered. The truffle French fries were soggy, and there wasn't enough ketchup for us to share. We didn’t want to bother the busy staff, who seemed more focused on checking if guests belonged there. When we finished, it took 20 minutes to get the server’s attention for the check. So, what’s the point of tipping 40-50%, as we usually do, when they don’t bother to acknowledge a “happy birthday” or apologize for the poor service? Throughout the entire visit, no one smiled. I understand people can have a tough day, but come on, people come to Ladurée because it’s known for great customer service.
Now, here’s the worst part: since I love Ladurée, I wanted to get our usual that we get for snack, smoked salmon cucumber croissant and some pastries. But the person working there tried to sell us items that weren’t in the fridge, and they were displayed with flies all over the food. This is a serious health concern that needs to be addressed by workers, and by management team. If not, then by the health department, as someone could get sick! This situation is utterly ridiculous.
I want the management team to contact us via email so we can discuss this issue, as it was very poorly handled.
Thank you!
I look forward to hearing from you.

Ladurée Soho feels like stepping into a small Parisian garden hidden in the middle of SoHo. The space is known for its elegant French aesthetic, with pastel interiors, floral details, and a charming outdoor courtyard that becomes especially popular during spring when the cherry blossom decorations are in full display. Whether you're stopping in for brunch, afternoon tea, or dessert, the atmosphere is what makes the experience feel special.
While the colorful macarons remain the signature attraction, the menu extends well beyond pastries. Brunch favorites like French toast, avocado toast, quiche Lorraine, and sandwiches make it a popular lunch destination, while afternoon tea service offers a more leisurely experience. Desserts such as the Ispahan, vanilla flan, éclairs, and the iconic Marie Antoinette macarons showcase the brand's French pastry heritage. The food leans elegant and refined, with presentation receiving as much attention as flavor.
Service helps elevate the experience, particularly for celebrations, birthdays, and special occasions. The garden seating is one of the most sought-after spots, offering a quiet escape from the busy streets outside. Despite being located in one of Manhattan’s busiest neighborhoods, the courtyard creates an atmosphere that feels surprisingly removed from the city.
Overall, Ladurée Soho is less about grabbing a quick pastry and more about the full experience. Between the beautiful setting, classic French desserts, afternoon tea service, and picturesque garden, it remains one of New York’s most popular destinations for a leisurely brunch, special occasion, or a taste of Paris without leaving the city.

Located in SoHo, this macaron shop impressed us with both its product quality and service. The staff were professional, efficient, attentive, and made the experience very pleasant.
We purchased a box of four macarons for $20, and they were exceptionally fresh. My personal recommendation is the rose petal macaron, which stood out for its delicate flavor and originality. Easily one of the most memorable macarons I have tried.

We dined for my birthday brunch at the SoHo location. From beginning to end, the experience was a delightful experience.
We enjoyed a variety of cocktails including a not-too spicy and delicious Bloody Mary. The espresso martini not only boasted a full flavor, it was also beautifully presented.
The food far exceeded our expectations in both visual presentation and gastronomical expression.
We sampled salad, avocado toast and the seasonal quiche with carmelized pinions, goat cheese and spinach. Crème brûlée branch toast was light, airy and delicious. The flavor and presentation were magnificent.
The tower of pastries outshined the brunch menu! Macarons, cakes, lemon tart , and quiche gave us a lovely sampler of the delectable delights available in the bakery.
Following the meal, we sipped handcrafted cappuccinos, latte’s and different hot teas.
This is a must see when you visit SoHo.
