  We’ve always loved their macarons and pastries, and we know the quality is excellent. However, when paying over $3 per macaron, we expect at least respectful service. The salesgirl at this location made us feel like a bother for simply asking about flavors, despite no other customers. Her attitude was dismissive and unpleasant. Management needs to address this immediately, as this level of customer care is unacceptable. We still purchased, but the experience left a bad taste.

  The young employee working at 5pm on Monday was extremely rude and inattentive to the customer, ignored completely as she returns to her cellphone.

  Whenever I know there is a Laduree close to my destination, I make a special trip to visit and get a stash to take back. Flown in fresh daily from France, the flavors offered that this location did not disappoint. My favorites, Rose, Violet, Camerise where all there along with the new Gold Leaf Vanilla a real treat and sight for these eyes. Excellent service, precise, efficient and friendly.

  OMG! La durée staff at the plaza is the most non courteous, non professional and unpleasant employees I have came accorss. since when the customer has to say hi first? since when the customer has to ask for napkins and a fork to be put in the bag? and when its done the light skin girl working there just threw it in the bag with a disgussing attitude. La duree : you need to train your staff to be nice and have some manners.
