  The worst customer service I have ever received from the woman in glasses at the SoHo location. She was rude, condescending and told me she doesn’t feel comfortable helping me with my issue. This is a luxury product for 330 dollars and she told me I guess you have to throw it away.

  Beautiful store with absolutely amazing staff. I felt really connected with the gorgeous manager Luna, who helped me pick out my new signature scent. Very engaging, thoughtful and wafm. Such a pleasant experience & so I will definitely be returning. Discovered that Byredo sell handbags!
