I stayed here for an extended stay and was very pleased with my trip. The staff, particularly Misba and Pathik were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Rooms are not anything luxurious, but they get the job done! Looking forward to my next stay here.

Had an amazing stay with my family;
-Perfect location, walking distance to the time square, Empire State building, restaurants, fifth avenue;
-Clean rooms with comfortable bedding is a must for us and we were happy with the experience
-Front lady (Mina) was extremely kind and helpful as well.
We will be coming back.
Rooms are very clean, spacious and stocked with all necessities, with large draping windows for plenty of sunlight, will provide fridge on request, Receptionist Pathik Patel was very accommodating, I had to book a room at 3am and he was kind enough stay up until I arrived and check me in. All staff were very courteous, very pleasant and smooth stay. Location is also very accessible to all areas as 34th station connects many subways. Herald square is also a very pleasant spot to enjoy outdoors with plenty of seating and lots of food places.
BEWARE - NO FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE FOR GUESTS. Arrived early and asked if I can store my bags and they wanted $5 a bag!!! They don't even mention this int the website. Under the Hotel Amenities section, it just says "luggage storage". That's outrageous and completely unacceptable. I've never seen a hotel charge guests for storing their bags (stayed from 1 star to 5 star hotels in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia (35+ countries). And they call themselves a "premier" hotel. Please.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
We stayed for 2 nights, we first requested a room on a high floor which they said they would give us, but ended up in the 5th floor because a high floor wasn't available. Water bottles aren't free unlike other hotels I've been in. They also charge for luggage storage which is free on other hotels. As we toured NYC during the day we ended up getting to the hotel a little late, then we noticed that the AC on our room wasn't getting cold even if it was already set at 67F. We told them and maintenance came, and informed us that we would have to move to another room. As we were already tired from walking the whole day and it was already late, we don't have the energy to pack-up our stuff and move plus we have a young child so they offered us two large fans just to get through the night and promised us that THEY would move our stuff in the morning and we don't have to worry about it. So morning came and we had to go out early and we packed our stuff so it's ready for them to just move it to the new room. We came back at around 2pm and I asked the front desk if our stuff has been transferred to the new room, the receptionist said it's already done. Only to find out that it wasn't moved at all and we ended up going to the old room and transferring it ourselves. Our stay there has been mostly inconvenient considering the cost of stay so I don't think what we paid for was worth it. I'd look for other options next time.
