Armani Ristorante NYC - What an extraordinary experience!
As someone who regularly dines at fine establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants, and given that this is one of my favorite dining spots worldwide, I must honestly say that the experience at 3-star restaurants sometimes falls short compared to that at Armani Ristorante by Giorgio Armani Corporation.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the attentive and personable Food and Beverage Manager Romina Rojas, whose professionalism immediately set a welcoming tone. Also, Rofiul, a staff member I always look forward to seeing, made my visit even more memorable. This time I was there for a couple of days and I decided to stop by and see all familiar faces, and I can genuinely say I had an exceptional time, and it was all about the impeccable service and food. For my meal, I chose the signature Armani Primavera 6-course tasting menu. Each dish crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. During the dinner even Chef came out to say hi and introduce himself. What a nice surprise and touch. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!
The first course featured creamy burrata cheese paired with ripe, sweet peach slices, offering a delightful contrast of textures and flavors. The second course, yellowfin tuna, was expertly prepared, with the perfect sear, complemented by jalapeño that added a subtle heat without overpowering the delicate fish. The lobster truffle tagliolino was a revelation, the pasta was perfectly al dente, with aromatic truffle on top, and topped with lobster meat. It was undoubtedly the best pasta I’ve tasted in quite while, leaving me eager to return for this dish alone.The main course was a halibut, tender and made to perfection. The accompanying lemon sauce was vibrant and zesty, so flavorful that I found myself using a spoon to savor every last drop.For dessert, I enjoyed a strawberry rhubarb shortcake which was light, fluffy, and bursting with fruity flavors. I also couldn’t resist to order also my favorite dessert, the signature Armani Tiramisu, which was perfectly balanced, and all I was really craving.
Overall, this meal was a truly impressive and expertly executed culinary journey. I would like to thank to the entire Armani Ristorante team, especially Rofiul and Manager Romina, for their attentive service and hospitality that went above and beyond. Last but not least, also Chef and his team.

It is clear that he leads by example and sets a very high standard for service excellence.In a city like New York, where fine dining standards are exceptionally competitive, Fabrizio distinguishes himself as a true asset to the establishment.
His professionalism, charisma, and commitment to guest satisfaction deserve recognition at the highest level.
It would be wonderful to see him acknowledged for the outstanding work he does.
Leaders like Fabrizio are rare, and they significantly enhance the reputation of the brand.
