Nice, comfortable, clean and large hotel room. Hot breakfast included and was good. Big king size bed with lots of pillows. Internet worked great. Friendly front desk staff. Good location for traveling through Nevada and not having to stay in Vegas. Would probably stay here again if ever we go through Tonopah NV again.
Had to wait until 3pm to get a room. It's so hot here this time of year. The pool was great! The breakfast was wonderful but its only from 0530-0930am. Great selection though. Room was nice and cool with 2 rooms big bed and big pull out bed 2 tvs you can connect your youtube or Netflix.

After driving for 7 hours across the desert, we were denied being allowed to check in for our reservation that we had made months previously. Despite never telling us prior to check in, while my husband and I were checking in, they refused to let us do so. I had my ID and he had his credit card but this wasn't sufficient as the first names didn't match. The last names matched and the credit card number was the same that me made the reservation with but since he only had a digital ID and I didn't have my credit card, they refused to let us check in and we and our 4 children were roomless.
Now, I completely understand that hotels have policies. But this policy was never told to us, not when making the reservation, not in our confirmation email, not once. We're even Best Western Rewards Members. The confirmation email states, "Guests must have valid ID to check in" but never states we also needed a matching credit card. No discussion was had with us, no compromise even though my husband has a valid digital ID, we were just rudely told that we could no check into the room we booked.
Fortunately, the Tonopah Station Hotel down the street has a suite available, much friendlier desk staff, no incomprehensible check in policies, and was $75 cheaper. We will not return to this Best Western again.

They quoted me a price over the phone that they did not honor! They asked me for a confirmation email that they failed to send to me! Sheila, who made the quote didn’t even ask for my email, she made it apparent that she didn’t have time for me. Gage was unhelpful and then muttered words under his breath that he wouldn’t repeat while he was canceling my reservation. The manager Racheal was unhelpful and made me feel very unappreciated for even asking for her. As a first responder, I stay at Best Westerns all over the country. You can call this particular one “The Worst Western”.
Easily the best gateway to central Nevada. Hot food, clean rooms.
