  Front desk staff could care less about your problems with the room. In addition the room had a funky smell and was less than clean. On a positive note the bed was pretty comfortable but not worth the fact that the tv didn't work for 2 days (blamed it on Dish) or the lack of customer service from the front desk staff.

  Easy in and out to the airport, free shuttle, and save a buck on parking by leaving your car there and just shuttling over to fly out. But, the rooms are dated and dingy, I found food crumbs on the floor, carpets are stained and coming up, room smelled like stale smoke & had noisy plumbing. The bed was decently comfortable and we just needed a quick stay, so it was enough.

  Perfect location, just across the airport. Pet friendly. They provided a dog bed, poop bags and treats. Spacious room for me and my dog. Good indian restaurant inside the hotel.

  Save your money and don't stay here! When I got to my room there was a dirty rag sitting on my table and the room didn't appear clean. I tried to make the best of it and unpacked my stuff only to discover that the toilet didn't work. I was in a rush to get to bed because I had to wake up at 3 AM to make an early flight. They said they were sending someone up to fix the toilet. After 20 minutes it still wasn't fixed and they offered to move me rooms. I had to pack everything back up and move to a different room. By the time I unpacked again and got ready for bed, I maybe got 5 hours of sleep before I had to leave. I attempted multiple times to speak with a manager but one was never available. They told me I had to call later. I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one has answered the phone. I now have to work major overtime this week on no sleep. This place is a complete dive and customer service is obviously not a priority. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else!

  The front desk guy was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. We were passing through town on a long road trip, every other hotel we called was booked. They charged us $230 for about 6 hours in the room, we checked in about 5am and had to be out by 11am. The rooms are not well kept or taken care of. The bathroom door was falling off its hinges, you had to lift it up to open or close it. The carpet was disgusting and uneven, there were squishy spots in the floor. We forgot a jacket with some belongings in it at the hotel. We called to ask if they could send it to our residence. We were told yes as long as we sent them a shipping label. We talked to multiple people trying to get an email address to send it to. Not a single one of them followed through on their word that they would send a blank email so we would have the email address.
