  Stopped here 8/7/26. 7pm got a double bed room and didn't get a receipt. I called the front desk and she told me $411.00 if I had known it was that expensive I would have gotten back in my car but this wasn't the worst.. the jacuzzi was out of hot water I guess the heater was out but wait the worst is coming after calling the front desk about the extremely loud air conditioner.. no answer and the whole reason Iam writing this review around 12:30 all the electricity went completely out no phone no water no elevator and Iam disabled stuck on the 2nd floor no one to help me gather my things 100° hot as hell no coffee no breakfast no nothing. and all they could say is here you can have $20.00 off your $411.00 bill what a scam best western better make this right Iam going to my bank and reverse the charges never ever again will I ever stay here again sign Paul Crotts

  These folks put are the definition of hospitable. We arrived in a panic after a diverted flight and were absolutely in shambles. Shelley helped us get our matters in order with beds, etc. Shaun was a blessing in the morning with his kindness and advice in the morning. Very rare to find sincere hosts these days. They were amazing.
