  *pet friendly* *clean* *safe* stayed here one night passing through and it was such a pleasant experience. The attendant was super friendly and helpful, the owner allowed my three pets to stay the night even though their policy is only two animals. And the beds are super clean and comfortable. It’s a safe place to stay, I know sometimes people are sketched out when hotels are affordable but this is the exception. I would certainly stay here again.

  I stayed here one night while driving through town, paying $86 before taxes, or $100 after taxes. This was an extremely nice motel for the price. The room was clean, with no obvious signs of wear. The mattresses were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a clean tub. The tv was large as well. Internet speeds were fast. I got 100 Mbps upload and download. Overall, it was a very nice hotel, and I'll definitely be staying here again if I find myself in town.

  Stayed here July 28th. I drove from Moab, Utah to Roswell. When I pulled up I was kind of shocked as it was motel style and looked old and unlike any BW that I’ve stayed at. The price was low and I now know why. I tried to check in but there were 4-5 people trying to check in so I went to fill up with fuel. 30 minutes later I got back and there were still the same 5 guys still waiting and not checked in. The front desk lady seemed stressed and not sure what she was doing. I was tired and just wanted into my room. I waited 1 hour and finally got checked in. I unlock my door #186 and there was a smell of urine. The hotel was full and no other rooms. The front desk lady said I couldn’t just leave without a room charge.It also looked like some down on their luck people are living at this hotel. Two older ladies were bringing in groceries and talked with one who said she stays there. I went to eat at the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot and it was the best ever and the only good part of this story! Went back to try and sleep. So now it smells like pee and I start itching all over my body. My guess now is that the laundry detergent was the culprit. So 3am I shower and pack up and left! No sleep. Best Western should be embarrassed calling this place a best western cause it’s not and should never be! DON’T STAY HERE! I have stayed 100’s of nights at BW across North America but I think I will be giving my business to the Holiday Inn! They would never let a dump like this be apart of their chain! It should be zero stars but have to put one star to post review!

  We stayed here for one night on our road trip, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. One of my favorite things was the room layout. The bathroom had an actual door, while the vanity and sink were outside the bathroom. It made getting ready so much easier because one person could shower while the other used the sink. I also appreciated that turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night didn't light up the entire room or shine right in your partner's face. The continental breakfast area was clean, well stocked, and everything was kept fresh throughout breakfast. It was a great way to start the next day before getting back on the road. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we'd definitely stay here again if we're back in Roswell.
