Shuttle service to airport and car rental is a plus. Good customer service, comfortable beds and decent breakfast.
My recent stay was truly seamless, thanks in no small part to the excellent amenities and thoughtful services offered by the property. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, this location covers all the bases for a comfortable and convenient experience.
Highlights of the Stay
Dining & Socials: The free, full hot breakfast buffet (6:00am–10:00am) is a fantastic way to start the day. I also appreciated the complimentary social hour, which features nachos and soft drinks each evening—a nice touch for unwinding.
Convenience & Comfort: They truly have you covered if you forget any travel essentials. The front desk provides a wide range of complimentary items, from toiletries like razors and toothpaste to sewing kits. Plus, having a free, 24-hour local shuttle on request (with priority for airport/car rental trips) made getting around Albuquerque effortless.
Amenities: The outdoor heated pool and spa are a great feature, open until 10:00pm, providing a perfect spot to relax after a long day.
Thoughtful Extras: It is always a nice touch to find a complimentary copy of the Albuquerque Journal available at the front desk each morning.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Incidentals: Be prepared for the $100.00 USD incidental hold applied at check-in. Note that while they release unused funds at check-out, it can take 7–10 business days for those to show up on your statement. If you are planning to pay in cash, keep in mind that a larger security deposit may be required.
Pool Safety: As there is no lifeguard on duty, make sure to keep a close eye on any children in the pool area. Also, remember that the pool area is strictly for registered guests and has a policy against glass, food, and pets.
Overall, this property offers great value with a clear focus on guest convenience. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Nice rooms, but if you ask for 2 beds you get 1, in a building outside and no elevators and no warning with the booking that there are no elevators. We came into town because my mother - while traveling - suffered a heart attack....ahe CANNOT climb stairs.

I stayed here on the 24th, and the night time staff were fantastic. This hotel doesn't have an elevator, so they offered to help us bring our bags to the second floor. They do have first floor rooms available, but I thought the room we got would be more convenient, and it was just fine.
The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and the room was quiet. And I always love a free breakfast!

Room was great other than loud (bottom floor), a little run down and no elevator, but other than that served the purpose of the visit. Convenient to airport.
