  The room was so busted. The rug was disgusting, could feel the grime on your feet. There was an old piece of gum stuck to the rug. My baby was able to pull the AC out of the wall. The bathroom caulking was a mess. The only good thing I can say is that the rooms are facing the back or sides of the hotel which helps with the road noise since it’s right off the main road. And the breakfast was fine. Though no fresh fruit or even fruit cocktail.

  They show no back bone if unforseen circumstances affect your trip. I was attending a funeral and my flight got canceled and got stuck in PHX. When i explained what happened they offered 0 refund. I was certainly not expecting all of it but even just a little would have made a difference. I wont reccomend best westerns again.

  Dan and Shah, at the front desk are very accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Free complimentary breakfast every day. The breakfast, they greet you with a smile! Very accommodating!

  It was great experience to stay at Best Western. Staffs are also helpful.
