  I’ve visited Ladurée locations all over, but the Short Hills location truly stands out and it’s all because of the service. From the moment I approached the counter, Ny made me feel so welcome. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me choose. She made the whole experience feel special, not just transactional. The macarons are always exquisite, but great service is what turns a good visit into a memorable one. Highly recommend stopping in next time you’re at the mall!

  I was very disappointed with the cappuccino. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter, with little of the rich flavor I expected. The milk was poorly steamed, leaving the drink bitter and lacking the smooth, creamy texture that makes a good cappuccino. The foam disappeared within minutes, and the overall presentation was unappealing. Considering the price, the quality did not meet expectations. I would not order it again.

  Been here 2 separate occasions. The taller dark skinned lady gave me an attitude both of the times I went. Today, I simply asked for a bag to take w my macaroons. She responded, "you get a bag only if you buy two items". The other shorter lady just handed me the bags, no problem. I know that's a rule, but who cares? The first time she made a face when I requested more ice. Some people are so miserable with their lives, they want to make others feel just as they do. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

  I had a great experience at Laduree thanks to two amazing staff members. They were warm, attentive, and took the time to offer helpful recommendations without rushing me. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made my visit feel special. Customer service like this makes all the difference, I’ll definitely be back!

  Cmon... 4 dollars for a small treat. They are good but when people serving you look like they want to punch you in the face, it makes people unlikely to return. Purchase was today around 7pm.
