  Espresso beklediğimden daha iyiydi, gayet güzeldi. Tatlılardan birini denemiş olduk ve oldukça lezzetli idi; şekeri az ve meyvesi bol olan kremalı tatlı oldukça dengeli idi. Cappuccino was also good.

  One of the worst coffee experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely shocking, especially from a brand like Ladurée that presents itself as a premium French establishment. We paid $15 for two cups of coffee, and what we received was absolutely disgusting. The coffee tasted so awful that I genuinely questioned whether the milk was even fresh. It also seemed as though the espresso had been prepared in advance and the employee had simply added hot milk to it. The taste was unbearable, and neither of us could drink it. But what made this experience even worse was the employee’s attitude. We actually went back to the person who prepared and served our coffee to explain how terrible it was. His reaction? Complete indifference. No apology, no concern, no attempt to fix the situation. Absolutely nothing. We ended up throwing both coffees away right in front of him, and he couldn’t have cared less. Charging premium prices for coffee of this quality is embarrassing. Treating paying customers with such complete disregard is even worse. I expected much better from Ladurée. Instead, I walked away feeling completely disappointed, disgusted, and ripped off. $15 straight into the trash. Terrible coffee, terrible service, and absolutely zero respect for customers. I would never recommend getting coffee here. A prestigious name means absolutely nothing when the quality and service are this bad. Never again. One star is already too generous.

  I visited on tuesday their macarons were delicius and customer service was Excelent. Coming back soon.

  Very rare to see Laduree outside of the city. A special treat for us! We didn’t get their coffee but bought their well known macarons and desserts. They are absolutely delectable. Merci beaucoup!
