  Very clean and nice rooms. The staff are exceptionally nice end accommodating. Their service is outstanding! this place is highly recommended. We stayed here with the family and kids we were serviced by Ravi and Roy they were both very professional, Nice, and exceptionally accommodating! If we visit New Hampshire again this hotel will be our first choice.

  I stayed at this property on August 14, and unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the room were extremely disappointing. There were multiple cockroaches/insects inside the room, including around the floor and furniture. I have photos and video documenting what I encountered. The floor also appeared poorly cleaned. In addition, there was a severe water leak underneath the bathroom wash basin, which was another major maintenance concern. Finding cockroaches in a guest room, combined with a significant bathroom leak and poor cleanliness, made the stay extremely uncomfortable. These are basic sanitation and maintenance issues that should have been addressed before the room was given to a guest. I hope Expedia and the property management take these concerns seriously. Based on the condition of the room during my stay, I cannot recommend this property.

  We used to love this hotel and have stayed here countless times on hiking trips. This past visit was beyond disappointing and absolutely our last time there due to the presence of roaches, babies and adults, as well as spiders in the room. Additionally, there was mold clogging half the bathroom drain. This was disgusting and a terribly disappointing way to mar our experience in the White Mountains.

  Checked in late july 25th, upon entering the room found two live cockroaches scurrying within a minute of entering rooms. To make matters worse we saw both live bed bugs and blood stained/ streaked sheets in room due to what we have to guess would be the said bugs. Beds were made but room was not very clean and it looks like they dont even vacuum. Went to front desk and requested a refund which they granted without an issue, which was the only non nightmare aspect of this. Honestly feel bad for him for having to work in the hellscape. Ended up just driving 3hrs home due to the ordeal. Will never stay at another best western in my life.

  Avoid this hotel I am 69 yrs old and have never left a review good or bad for anything but I felt I had to . We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights because it was close by the wedding venue that we came to town for. When we arrived I was sceptical about staying there but figured we were going to be gone during both days we were there, it was just to sleep and get ready. It was the worst place I've ever stayed in my life We were never told when I booked the room that they were under construction I should have gone with my gut feeling and not stayed . The main reason for leaving this review is because we got home to ( BED BUGS ) in our luggage. I was horrified never saw one in my life had to look them up on line to see what they looked like . I had to get rid of expensive sun room furniture because I saw some on the chair that my husband sits on , also an expensive 7 piece comforter set and 3 piece luggage set . After multiple treatments to get rid of them I'm still walking around with a flash light looking for them I am still freaked out about it. They definitely came from that hotel no doubt in my mind whatsoever I saw them within seven days of returning home and hadn't been anywhere else . So if you are considering staying there I highly recommend you DO NOT . If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. We have only stayed in a Marriott or Hampton Inn when we travel and never had an issue I am now a wreck to travel and stay in any hotel that's how traumatized this has made me . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE In response to your reply I most definitely stayed at your hotel Aug. 22, 2025 to Aug 24, 2025 and your hotel was under construction huge dumpster out front of the building. We also made the 3 hr drive from Massachusetts in our own car No Airport No Taxi . We came from our home to your hotel. There were quilts hanging on the walls in the elevator and it smelled horrible. I will not go back and forth with you. I know where we stayed and I know where the bed bugs came from. And travelers need to know before they decide where they will be staying!!!
