I had a reservation from June 15–18 but decided not to stay after checking in and seeing the condition of the property.
The hotel appeared somewhat rundown from the outside, and when I entered the lobby, there was an overwhelming perfume or air freshener smell that immediately stood out. Once I got to my room, I found several issues that made me uncomfortable, including stained lampshades, water staining around the A/C area, worn furniture, and multiple cosmetic repairs that appeared poorly done. The room generally felt dated and in need of maintenance.
I spoke with the front desk and explained my concerns. The employee was very professional and offered to move me to another room. After looking at the second room, I still didn't feel comfortable staying and decided to find accommodations elsewhere.
One thing that concerned me was seeing multiple reviews from previous guests mentioning many of the same maintenance issues I encountered. Management responses frequently acknowledged the concerns and stated they would be addressed, yet similar complaints continued to appear in reviews months later. Based on my experience, the property appears to need more investment in upkeep and repairs.
The reason I'm not giving a one-star review is because the staff handled the situation exactly as they should have. The front desk employee was courteous, apologetic, and ultimately provided a full refund without any hassle.
My concerns were with the condition of the property, not the service. The staff was helpful and understanding throughout the process.

Staff is friendly and the free breakfast was good! The pool is family friendly for those with littles and is only a maximum of 3ft deep. Hotel definitely could use an upgrade, but is a good value for the price!

Hotel is nice and the common areas are super clean, but had several concerns with our room. The tub/shower faucet didn't work well. You had to pull on it HARD to turn on the water. Also, what looks like mold in the tub, water leak stain above the microwave, the hot water faucet lever for the jacuzzi was really hard to turn, and the bathroom door was difficultto close. Finally, the coffee maker near the front desk was "out of order". I did report these concerns, but front desk staff they already were aware of them all. Then I think to myself if they knew these issues existed why were they not being address? Hotel has great potential.

Very run down compared to what the photos show. Pool area is not up to service. Pool bathroom is falling apart. Pool is missing the kids play items but the anchors are still sticking out of the bottom of the pool to hurt you and your kids feet on.

I thought this hotel was a GREAT value for the money. My two small kiddos loved the pool area. It was really a family centered area with the pool being like an incline so the water got deeper as you went down to the larger slide end, but also had a smaller slide for the smaller kiddos! When we first arrived to the pool there were no towels, but when I alerted the staff they filled them immediately and were very nice about it.
The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was much better than expected. There were alot of options and everything was fully stocked and tasty!
As for the location: we stayed only 1 night as we were just passing through and had never been to Omaha before, but I was really pleased with the security of the place. Had to swipe to even use the elevator.
I was honestly pretty skeptical about the place given the price point, but I was pleasantly surprised with the value and pretty pleased with our stay.
Overall I would definitely book again if in the area.
