  This was the best stay at a hotel we have had. Rooms are clean, affordable, and the staff is great. Check in and out is very easy and quick. Beds are incredibly comfortable. This will be our go to hotel when we are traveling through the area.

  Checking in was okay, kinda wish they told us where our room was and available services such as pool, internet, etc. I was also told over the phone the pool was available only to find out it’s not open when I got here. The hallways smelled pretty musty and my room smelled even worse. It’s not a bad place though.

  My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious. We were on the top floor (4th floor) and the ceilings were super high, which added to the spacious feeling. The room felt modern with 2 beds, a desk and chair, and a lounge chair with ottoman. There were plenty of outlets to charge electronics; however, no USB charging ports. The bathroom was nice. Shower had good pressure. And the provided shampoo and conditioner felt premium. The lobby was really nice on the first floor. There is also a fitness center and a pool. The pool; however, was not open because of renovations. There is an odd sign posted in their elevator to be mindful and not to jump! This tells me that the hotel sees lots of families with kids. And that was my experience while staying there. They also seem pet friendly because we saw a few large dogs. In the morning, they serve a complimentary continental breakfast. I was happy with their offering. They have a board listing what they will have each day for the entire week. I thought it was a smart design choice to separate the food area from the drink area to decrease congestion. The staff overall were pleasant.

  We had a horrible experience with service & have been told several times that the manager will be in contact with us, & she has never tried to reach out to us. This location is great in our regular travels from Colorado to Illinois, & we always have great experiences with Best Western Plus hotels--as we usually have with this location until now. We will have to seriously consider our other options in North Platte...very disappointing & frustrating.

  Made reservations for three rooms for 5/23. Five adults, 8 grandkids. The 24 hr pool was the primary reason I recommended it to my family. The grandkids were excited. On arrival, I found out that the online BW site was incorrect on the pool status. It was closed. The front desk attendant offered me to go to the Holiday Inn pool down the road. She seemed to wait for me to decide to stay , or go elsewhere. With 8 kids, I was stuck. Found a left over Blizzard in the freezer, when I got to my room. Clogged tub drain in another, and NO fans in any of the bathrooms. Hallways looked under construction. Beds were comfortable(asked for extra towels/pillows online res, recvd none). The breakfast was the best part of the whole stay(crispy bacon), and the morning staff were amazing. I did the survey, and the GM emailed me back, with another person's name. Truly embarrassed that I picked this hotel, when others had pools that were open on Memorial day weekend.
