  Do not recommend. Hotel and rooms are outdated. No elevator. Breakfast area is too small to accommodate the number of guests. Had a first floor king room and cigarette smoke was coming in through our bathroom ventilation fan. The ceiling creaked as we heard the guests above us walking around. The bathroom countertop was extremely low. Thalia was rude and lacked customer service skills. We checked out early and moved to a different hotel.

  Wooo this town is expensive to stay in, but you can't beat the location. Even Best Western! This hotel is a mere 5 mins from the western gates of Yellowstone National Park. We stayed in room 106 and was surprised at how large the room was (King). The bed was super soft... too soft, but surprisingly we didn't wake up sore...in fact we slept quite well. We could hear the neighbors upstairs the first night. There must have been a gaggle of kids jumping off the bed for a few hours straight before they called it a night. Other than that, it was pretty quiet. Breakfast here is good and free! Parking is limited but we were able to park literally right outside our door both evenings we stayed. The room was clean. The only thing we had to ask for at the front desk was lotion - there was none in the room. Tons of counter space near the sink in this room. The plug in the bathtub was not working, so my partner couldn't take a bath. If you're a shower only type of person this won't impact you.

  Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Eingang des Nationalparks. Der Service war freundlich. Das Zimmer und Bad klein und etwas älter aber ok. Das Frühstück war eher mäßig, Rührei aus der Tüte und auch sonst nur eine eher kleine Auswahl. Wirklich ärgerlich ist das der Pool aufgrund eines schon länger bestehenden Defekts nicht nutzbar war und wir darüber vorher nicht informiert wurden. Auch ein sonstiges Entgegenkommen (Nachlass oder Upgrade) wurden nicht angeboten. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung aber eines der schwächsten Hotels auf unserem Trip.

  We had a great stay here in West Yellowstone. Bing was very knowledgeable and helpful in where to go and what to do. Can’t thank him enough.

  Comfortable and clean rooms with a nice park across the street from the hotel. Breakfast was good with a good choice of options to pick from.
