  Had a very good experience at this hotel. They called to see when we would arrive at the hotel for the night. I think they genuinely cared about your stay. It didn't feel like you were just another customer. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Had a good breakfast bar to.

  The staff was exceptional and provided genuine customer service. They were willing to go "above and beyond" and made us feel valued. The Plaza was very clean, quite and rooms was in exceptional shape. Beds were very comfortable and I slept great. Breakfast offering was extensive and even had gluten free options. Location is conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Plaza for your next stay in Butte, MT.

  I stay at Best Western Plus Butte Plaza Inn often during my travels through Montana and it has consistently been a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect directly off the freeway, the rooms are cozy with very comfortable beds, and the hotel appears to have been remodeled within the last 3–5 years. The staff is always friendly, greeting guests with a smile and genuinely making sure you have everything you need during your stay. It’s become one of my favorite and most reliable stops when traveling through Montana.

  The staff here is absolutely amazing. The front desk gals upon check in were very friendly and inviting. They brought us extra items we needed later. The maintenance guy for the pool was very kind as well as the guy working breakfast. Very helpful, genuine staff! Also, hotel is beautiful, great location and the pool is amazing!

  The staff is what makes this place, I called to make sure a late check in was ok when looking up the reservation she noticed it was for the wrong date and assisted us with the third party Booker to fix the problem. When we got there she was full of smiles and well wishes for everything working out. The next morning we went to the breakfast and it was wonderful. Usually I can only have a cup of tea or a boiled egg due to a wheat allergy but they had gluten free muffins and bagels packaged, the attendant heard me tell my husband how excited I was and came out with a list of all the foods I could have on top of the pakaged items. She was so very kind and helpful.
