  The front desk person Lashtiana is rude and combative. Unwilling to do the basic job and with a terrible attitude. She seems like she’s looking to argue. Sad and pathetic behavior from a grown lady, especially someone in guest services. I feel bad for anybody having to interact with her. Will definitely not be staying here in the future.

  I'm so disappointed in this Hotel! To not stand by your customers because Booking.com made a mistake and neither them nor Best Western will correct the charge! We will never be back and we have grandchildren in the area that we come visit often!

  We Love this hotel we stay every summer and sometimes more, yes the planes are a little loud but it doesn't bother us. They are pleasant to be with. And we always tip out breakfast servers they work hard..in fact we will be there July 19th-24th we can't wait...❤️

  Love the hot tube. Room had problems. Refrigerator only had 3 legs and would dump drinks onto the floor. No working fan in bathroom. Drain plugged up but was repaired quickly. Light with charger ports did not work. Breakfast was good but not up to other bestwestern locations I've stayed at. Tropical guarden had some beautiful plants.

  Bathroom abysmally Small to the point you can't even sit on the toilet and close or open the door you have to be damn near in the shower, location is terrible big tall sign is there but the place is hidden with no sign near building as many other buildings are around it. Speaking of around it I highly suggest staying here if you like paying $100+ per night for a hard bed and the sound of vehicles every 5 to 10 minutes that sound like an airplane engine above your head. The only positive was the customer service, the rooms have modern appliances and furniture but the room is very compact you can get a better room at any other cheap motel for half the price. If you get the room bring ear plugs! Edit: On Further Review at Check Out it was indeed Airplanes passing over the hotel at low altitude and the traffic noise! What could be a great hotel turned out to be an overpriced mediocre one!
