  The hotel and rooms are very clean and in good repair. However there is now too much air freshener in the room and it sets off my allergies, even with xyzal and flonase. I had to wash all my clothes I had brought in the room because they all absorbed significant amount of fragrance.

  My family and travel to Ms at least once a year. Our trip is to pay honor and memorial his mother put flowers on her grave for her Birthday. My husband lives staying at Best Western in Flowood. Tracey takes our reservation over the phone and is so nice and pleasant. We always have a great stay we have been coming for 5 yrs. Howvto it was not the same this time there arevnew employees who don't smile they are not friendly or understanding. There was a miscommunication about cleaning our room. The supervisor of house keeping apologized. However the front desk lady gave me a trash black trash bag I had to take out the trash myself and my husband had to take it to the dumpster no one apologized. We were very disappointed this time around.

  Check in was easy with a prior reservation. Room was nice n cool. Clean restroom and comfortable bed. Good size TV too.
