  This motel is amazing! It is clean and easy access. You park right in fron of your room. The staff was courteous and offered us a complimentary bottle of water. Fun artwork in the room!

  Didn't have the accessible room that we had booked. My mother's Walker won't even fit through the bathroom door. Normally stay here four times each year, I will be canceling my room for next week

  Super great location. Just off the interstate and they have a great breakfast. I loved the room with a Jacuzzi. Very clean and modern interior. Room# 157 Front desk was very easy to check in and lady was very friendly. Plenty of things to do around here and Bass pro not too far.

  We called the local phone number twice an hour apart and got a recording. So we Googled and dialed an 800 number under the name. I asked about early check in and they confirmed it. Upon arrival I was told I booked 3rd party and no early arrival. I asked about rates and the manager lectured me AGAIN about calling direct for best rates. Turned out we paid DOUBLE on the 800 number that appeared under Best Western! I wasn't feeling well and sat down in the lobby, after about 10 minutes a room came availible! His condescending attitude made it so much worse! But, then the fridge...
