  Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! They accused us of smoking in our room and when asked to see evidence was refused and made to leave wouldn’t give us our deposit or a refund for the night we didn’t stay. I called corporate.

  Front desk Agent Miss Minela went above and beyond her hospitality was a five star. The hotel appears to be nice overall, and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was a little outdated, however. One concern for older guests was the toilet in our room. It had a very low profile, and I would estimate it was only about 14 inches high. My three- and four-year-old granddaughters could have sat on it comfortably without any problem—that's how low it was. To be fair, I do not know if all the rooms in the hotel have the same type of toilet, but I found it challenging and potentially uncomfortable for older guests. The continental breakfast left something to be desired. It was simple and very basic small. While I understand it is a continental breakfast, we have experienced much better options during our travels at other Best Westerners. Overall, the hotel was adequate, but a few updates and improvements would enhance the guest experience.

  Absolutely awful place to stay. The room smelled awful. Was told they had a hot tub a that was a lie.My card information was stolen from the manager an I was charged for staying 3 nights plus a deposit an I only stayed one night. When I confronted the manager I was told I was a liar an I needed to calm down. He wrote of a fake receipt an said he didn’t know what I was talking about. My bank even verified I was over charged do NOT stay here unless you want scammed an your card info to be stolen.

  My husband had to travel to St. Louis for his mother's funeral. He told me how nice the hotel was. Last year I gave him an infinity bracelet with our names on it. He looked all over the hotel, funeral home, restaurant and could not find it. Imagine his surprise when he was driving and got a phone call from the Best Western Saying they found it. We are so thankful for returning it to us. We've been married for 46 years and it was something special. A special thank you 🤗 to Minela for sending back my lost bracelet.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The rooms are musty and disgusting. If you don’t want the AC on the room gets very humid and stagnant. The beds are rock hard so my entire family woke up with knots in our backs. The coffee machine in our room exploded water… literally… there are stains on the bed sheets. The breakfast is minimal and they don’t have any healthy options. The mini refrigerator in room 221 is not working. The walls are thin so definitely not kid friendly. AND there is MOLD in the A/C vents! There is gum in our rooms ac system!! The location of the hotel is not easily found without gps.
