  There’s a lot of homeless people lotta smells a lot of people smoking around. The hotel is not very clean and they will charge you for $200 for other people who do things in the hotel and never tell you until you can get a surprise bill on your credit card. it’s not right. I’m following Fraud charges against them now.

  Our room had a smell of smoke even though its non smoking. Our king bed needs to be pitched in the dumpster and replaced it had a low spot in the middle and you felt like you were rolling down hill each night. The guy that checked us in was the worse he didnt give any info about anything other than the floor we were on and where the elevator was thats it. He's not someone i would want in my hotel checking people in.

  Room was ok, not great smelled stale. Mattress and couches need replacing.

  Went to the Kelly Inn for a room for the MSNA conference. Our room was in the lowest floor, no elevator to help with luggage. The room was musty and our clothes felt damp just being in the room. The toilet rocked when we sat on it and barely flushed. The tub/shower was old anf had damage to it. The TV had almost no channels. The also lost the reservation for a colleague and it took 40 minutes to get a room for her. It is not the first time we have stayed here but despite all the "renovation in progress" signs. It is the same as 2 years ago when the last conference was there. There's wayer damaged ceiling tiles with mold. The hallway had a pill on the carpet all day, we kept walking through the hallway and it never moved. I did try and ask for another room but they didn't have any. Most staff was not friendly at the front desk. Would walk by and smile but they didn't acknowledge or smile back. Hoping to get a different hotel for next year since we cannot get good rooms or service.

  A wedding was being held at the hotel, while we were there. Hours before the incident, a member of the wedding party yelled, "Let's go get high." Later, several teenage boys briefly looked into the reception room. Green Mill staff and members of the wedding party responded by swearing at them. Green Mill later comped food orders because of the incident. I overheard the bride and others calling the boys "a-holes" and using other profanity. I apologized and told them it would not happen again. I also said there was no reason to speak to or about children that way. The bride and several members of the wedding party began yelling at me. One woman got in my face and screamed while others continued yelling behind her. The following night, the hallway outside the reception room smelled strongly of marijuana. Children + others could smell it. Parents on the fifth floor said they could smell cannabis in their rooms and through the bathroom vents. This is a smoke-free hotel with families and youth sports teams. Guests should not be exposed to marijuana smoke in the hallways. I reported the odor to the front desk. "What do you want me to do about it?" Three hotel employees were discussing how strong the marijuana smell was in the hallway and stairwells, the reception staff was present when this was said. Additionally doing karaoke which included many songs including profanity. That same night, members of the wedding party entered the pool area, directly across from the reception room, yelling they were going to "beat someone's ass" for "drowning" their child. No child had drowned. They continued yelling and swearing in front of families and children. Their children were unsupervised in the pool. Hotel staff then approached our group asking what the "ongoing beef" was because that is how the bride and others in the wedding party described it. There was no ongoing dispute. Staff did not address the yelling, profanity, marijuana odor, or disruptive behavior. On the last night, we learned the woman who screamed in my face, the bride or her sister worked for the hotel. Working at the hotel does not justify yelling at guests or different treatment. Terrible presentation of the hotel. I never make reviews however this was a situation that a review is a must.
