  Upon arrival, I went to check in and was told there was apparently another guest with my exact same name. The other guest said he didn't reserve two rooms, so the front desk decided to CANCEL MY reservation without ever contacting me or verifying that we were actually two different people. 🤦🏻‍♂️ You would think a hotel would realize that two people can have the same name before canceling someone's reservation. Then, while trying to get me checked back in, I was told I would have to pay $128 and "talk to the manager in the morning." Yeah, I don't think so. I ended up having to redo the reservation myself using my points AGAIN just to get the room I had already reserved. As for the room itself, it's actually pretty nice overall. The hot water is hit or miss, though, and the sofa is honestly scary to sit on because it feels like you're going to fall straight through it. I also didn't receive the complimentary waters that were supposed to come with my stay. I know that's a small thing, but if you're going to advertise a benefit, you should actually provide it. The room itself isn't bad, but the check-in experience was unnecessarily frustrating and could have been avoided with something as simple as verifying the reservation before canceling it.

  The staff is hospitable, professional and friendly. The rooms are modern, very clean other than a big stain on the couch in my room that bothered me more than it should have because my room was otherwise perfect. I stay at a lot of hotels and this was a top tier experience. No semi parking in the lot but they allow it on the street when there's room.

  Right next to the Harley Dealership, rooms are clean, water 💦 pressure is good and beds are comfy.

  Room was fine, yet they may want to consider implementing quiet hours until 7am. The folks working on their Harley’s starting at 6am provided a wake up call those on the parking lot side of the hotel.
