  The worst part about it is the hallways and rooms have a weird smell to them. But otherwise it was a great time. Kids loved the place, breakfast was good though I wish they did bacon along with the sausage. Pool was good but kinda chilly. Rooms were fine.

  I had never stayed at a Best Western before and was unfamiliar with the area so I was not sure what to expect. I had a great experience and felt safe as a young woman traveling alone. My room was clean and the hotel had a nice clientele. Additionally, the customer service was top notch. Both of the women I interacted with at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind.

  I was pleased for this level of hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's not in a bad location but it is not close to the attractions

  DO NOT waste your money or energy to go here! HORRIBLE customer service from morning front desk woman and VERY DIRTY, smelly, and uncomfortable rooms. Hair and stains in the sheets plus bodily fluids and layers of dust on the bed skirt of the world’s most uncomfortable mattress. The RUDE clerk at the desk refused to let us speak with a manager and turned our vacation into a traumatic and heinous experience. We switched rooms within the first 2 minutes in our first room due to the filthy sheets and strong urine smell and stayed the first of a 3 night reservation. My now 8 months pregnant wife could not get comfortable and neither of us slept. When we addressed the issue with the woman at the front desk to ask our options she offered us 2000 points to cancel our remaining 2 nights (a $12 equivalent out of $300) or the option to switch to yet another room. The stress of this experience sent my wife into contractions and we had to leave. After getting her checked out and learning it was Braxton Hicks, the York Best Western still refused the cancellation - despite offering them a doctor’s note. If you want to be disrespected and have your family’s health disregarded following a repulsively nauseating and sleepless night stay, then this place is for you. NEVER AGAIN.
