  Excellent customer service,very clean rooms and refrigerators with an actual separated freezer that works! Definitely a great place to rest your head. Front Desk representative Mr. Joy was supeb!!!

  Went here on the work travel for 5 days. I was absolutely impressed for the price point. Staff treated me like it was a 5 star hotel, rooms were clean, gave me a last minute late check out with no trouble, breakfast was what I would have expected to see at a 4 star Hilton. Every front desk member deserves a raise. Cannot believe how little I paid for this good of an experience.

  7/20/2026 I was assigned Rm. 113, where I had to kill two roaches within the first twenty minutes. I was moved to Rm. 115, where we saw another roach, but it got away from us. The lady at the front desk gave me some roach spray, but I was scared to spray too much because of my three year old in the room. Around 4:15 AM...after returning from the bathroom a roach was crawling on my pillow. I tried to kill it and spray a little, but he was too fast. Again, I went to the front desk...because again I couldn't catch it. I don't know if it's the same roach or not, but this is an awful situation to be in. I am staying up for the rest of the morning to watch over my granddaughter and niece. I've stayed at this hotel many times, as can be checked in the records, but this has been the worst visit, ever. I am asking management to invest in their property, because this roach ordeal will not be tolerated at my expense. I am asking for a complete refund on this stay. I will not pay to live in this type environment.
