  My wife and I stayed at this Best Western for most of January and May of this year along with 3 other short visits in order to go over to Johns Hopkins. The hotel is nice, affordable, and convenient. It has a warm breakfast allowing us to eat before going. It also has a workout area and pool so that we could keep up with our exercising. What made our stay here stand out was staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful to us during this period. But three people in particular made us feel so welcome and comfortable during these somewhat stressful visits. Aleena, at the front desk, greeted us with the most beautiful smile every time we walked by no matter how busy she was. She also remembered us between visits (2 months sometimes) and would start our check in or out before I made it to the desk. Her infectious smile always made us feel better. Shawnta, who seemed to be everywhere, also remembered us each time we visited. She would always stop and talk to us and it really helped. She also went way above and beyond helping us find a sweater that my wife had left one visit. It took her a couple weeks to locate and return it to us. We will always be grateful. The final person was the housekeeper we had on our floor for much of the time we were there. I think her name starts with ‘Yu’. She too remembered us between visits and would always stop and chat with us and ask if there was anything she could do for us. I would definitely stay here again, mostly because of the wonderful staff.

  Do not be fooled by this hotel, the comedy club itself is nice, but if you’re trying to stay overnight, just for the sake of convenience, do not stay here. The hotel is not up to par for that price. And also, there’s a cat in the Lobby, every time I went down there it was there …when I checked in that night …went out for dinner came back….it was still there. The next morning the cat was still there. I inquired with the front desk because I’ve never seen such and the young man got defensive and let me know that it’s a service cat that belongs to the owner. Who is the cat servicing? The owner was nowhere in sight. Every time I look the cat is by himself just lounging on the same exact chairs that the guest sit on. I’ve traveled the world, even in countries like Dubai and Jamaica…. Cat aren’t just in lounging the hotel lobby.

  Great location for the hotel, but a bit of a concern with parking as sometimes it wasn’t well mentioned if the side lot by the storage units were able to be used or not for our stay.. Breakfast had a great variety of food; wish we had tried the restaurant! Gym is a bit small, but I doubt any fitness enthusiast wouldn’t have a membership for local centers. The rooms were spacious for the value and the housekeepers were always so generous and kind when they were around! There’s also a cat there that I was always confused about the story behind it, but it felt like a heartwarming host that helps light up the environment with its presence. The cat gets 5 stars as well!

  I stayed there for three days for a concert, and it was absolutely the best! The hotel is only about 8 minutes from M&T Bank Stadium. No complaints at all! They offer a really good breakfast with different options every morning, and the staff is incredibly nice. My favorite part was seeing the cute cat relaxing there!
