  Air con and fridge in rooms are very noisy. Whole hotel is very tired but handy for access to Foxborough stadium. Staff were very friendly

  Be very careful reviewing your bill if you stay here. I was charged twice for my stay and spent weeks trying to get the issue resolved. The hotel eventually claimed a refund was processed, but it appears the refund was issued incorrectly, and I am still trying to recover the money. Billing errors can happen, but the handling of this situation has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

  I stayed for three nights and have no complaints. The bathroom was great and although you could hear people while you were walking down the hallway, once you entered the room, you didn't hear anything. Our AC was working and our bathroom was very clean and it was the perfect place to stay for a decent price for our short trip in Massachusetts. I also think the service was great. We had some questions and needed some recommendations and the receptionist, Dave, was amazing.

  Stay here quite often for work. David the night manager is excellent. It’s a Best Western so it’s plain and basic. Rooms are always clean.
