  I normally dont write reviews but I just wanted to get on here hoping someone will see this but I had the pleasure of meeting yarelis at the front desk of best western and i just wanted to say AMAZING! Service she is so sweet she made me and my fiancé feel so comfortable booking with best western she made everything easy and quick nice check in gave us the perfect room no complaints whatsoever i will definitely come back and honestly me and my wife were even speaking about her service when we were in our room so we decided to get on here and write this review together in hopes someone will notice how above and beyond she went for us

  Unfortunately the treatment towards selective ethnic groups rub me the wrong way as the cafeteria lady in glass was very unkind to all black families in the morning. Singling them out and disturbing there peace. As a business owner I'd never keep an employee who causes they level disrespect towards any of my customers. Horrible and I pray the owner takes action. No wonder the building was half filled on a Friday night. People where literally checking out early because of this.

  The hotel was convenient for location to UMASS, however the rooms and service was beyond despair. When asked for extra bedding the front desk said there were no extra sheet in the entire hotel which seemed very odd. The sheets in the room were stained and the outlets didn’t work. The rooms also had a very mildew and old smell.

  Very nice standard hotel room. Large size plenty of room for two of us to be comfortable. Bathroom also a good size and the shower was perfect with great water pressure. Breakfast was free but the waffles tasted sour so we skipped that on day two. Free coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 also was a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again.

  Only negative was the front desk clerk oftentimes not being at the front desk.
