  Patricia / Patty went above and beyond to help us get something back that we forgot all the way from Canada. It's a very rare occasion when you see someone go out of their way that much to make someone's experience one to remember. Thank you very much Patty! We will be back for sure!

  The staff is very professional and helpful. We had a small issue and brought it up to the front. I think her name is Katherine, she helped us right away and made sure our issue was resolved. For our room the toilet seat was not properly mounted to the ground I think and kept moving. Other than that our stay was very good.

  The breakfast host and her manager are very rude and angry with customers. We stayed for 3 days and were met with the same rudeness daily. The rest of the staff have been super kind even though there has been a huge dance competition, which I’m sure has been chaotic for the hotel.

  Hubby and I stayed here for 5 days to be just outside of Boston for a much nicer price! I found this hotel to be the nicest one I have been to. Very clean and friendly staff. Some of the elevators were definitely broken during our stay but they still had 2-3 working ones, they are all in the main lobby. The included breakfast was AMAZING! -Definitely the best we have had at a hotel and it was great to not have to cook in the morning when we had early mornings and long days. There are also lots of stores and strip-malls nearby!
