  Thank you Frank, thank you Clyde, thank you the whole staff for exceptional service and hospitality. I was able to pull in my giant fifth wheel and had plenty of parking space to park comfortably. I was able to bring my two blue healers, then gifted me a doggy bag with treats, pee pads, and dog poop bags. I drove all the way from California to make a pitstop here and I was extremely happy and felt extremely comfortable. I was able to get a workout in, delicious espresso, coffee, breakfast for days and of course, the gym. Wasn’t able to jump in the pool because I was too busy trying to catch up on sleep.   Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Betten bequem. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut. Leider hatten wir in unserem Badezimmer 2 Kakerlaken. Sie sind wahrscheinlich durch den Abfluss der Dusche gekommen und das Hotel kann da nichts für, ekelhaft ist es trotzdem gewesen. Das Frühstück war kein Highlight. Die Mitarbeiter waren aber alle sehr nett. In der Nacht wurde bei uns im Zimmer angerufen und geklopft. Das war schon etwas beängstigend. Am nächsten Morgen wurde es aufgeklärt. Ein kleines Kind hat wohl seine Eltern gesucht ( nachts um 4? ). Naja, wir würden wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal dort übernachten.

  This is a great hotel. Ms Lisa was great and very helpful she made my stay very welcome. I have no complaints. It’s in a good area easy on and off interstate made it a plus. Thanks again. One more thing the rooms are extremely clean

  My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Best Western Plus, this weekend, largely thanks to hotel clerk, Lisa. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service from the moment we walked in. From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to our needs. It is rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and dedicated to great customer service. And shout out to another great clerk there, Ian. He provided helpful information about the hotel and the amenities nearby. He listened to our concerns and offered personalized recommendations. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about ensuring customers leave happy. They truly went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and valued as a customer. We had an amazing mini suite. The space was very nice and clean and had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. That's the "Plus" as the name indicates. Lisa and Ian acknowledged my husband's birthday and tried to make him feel special. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!" If you're in or near the Lake Charles area give them a call. You want be disappointed.
