  Great if you’re a single traveler only staying one night. Family? Staying more than one night? Better bring your own towels!(?!?). I’ve never stayed at a Best Western but this will be my last. Maybe my wife and I were raised weirdly but we, this is gonna sound crazy to those at BW+, like to shower morning and night and like use a new wash cloths each shower. To the front desk staff at BW+, this is an unreasonable request. I told the guy there was 4 of us and we’re staying 2 nights but were provided with only 2 wash cloths he acted like he couldn’t fathom why this would be an issue. When I practically begged him for new ones he advised I’d have to BRING DOWN THE OTHER ONES(?!) to replace them. He met me at the room to replace them later on but later that evening but only had enough for 3 of us to shower. Later that night (again, for some reason we like to shower after a long hot day outside) we had to carry our dirty, used wash cloths down to the front desk to get new ones. I just… what in the world. Are people really stealing wash rags from Best Western at such a rate that they have to protect them as if they were made of gold?

  The property manager is a crook!! I reserved this room for 3 nights and checked out after one night. Still was charged for all three nights and he kept my security deposit. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

  My family and I were in the city for a family function. We stayed at your hotel and it was unpleasant. Upon leaving our room for the function we left the do not disturb on the room door. Upon returning we realized that someone had been the the room. The reason we know is because we left something to make sure that the staff adhered to the “ Do Not Disturb “. The employees that we saw were very unfriendly. Tried to ask a question and received no response. The room was registered in my daughter ( Trina Russell) or ( Daytrian Wilken) name. I would not recommend this as being a place to revisit. Very disappointed. Tried to get coffee from the breakfast menu. Was told that breakfast ended and could not accommodate me. The coffee pot in the room did not work. Tried to make coffee but the coffee maker put the grind in the cup.

  To be honest I was looking for a room most of the rooms I was looking for was either Cheap and bad reviews,or really expensive. When I found this hotel I saw the good reviews and when I arrived I got just what they said decent price decent service and the rooms were really nice the only thing I can complain and I'm not really complaining the breakfast the eggs were watery,can do better with the breakfast that's it. Great stay. Very clean room.
