  Room smells like s3x or something close to it. Not impressed with the odor by far. Not a horrible hotel overall. Has great space for truck parking. Denny’s is next door as well.

  Very nice rooms and so clean. I slept like a baby. Huge king size bed and the AC is cold.... Adjustable to your liking. Breakfast available till I think 11 am? Good breakfast, I had mine to go. Lol every one is so nice here and love the location right near 65. I'm writing this review after checking into the best Western for the second time. I was here a month ago and liked it so much that my wife made reservations again for my second visit to the Louisville area. Shepherdsville is really close for any Louisville appointment/work and I would say staying here in shepherdsville would definitely be a plus compared to going into Louisville for a room. I did not rate service because I never needed anything but when I told the clerk at the desk about a light switch not working right he was on it. Rooms are really clean. Pictures are of the room I had and as you can see I parked right outside my room. I could see my car easily.

  It is impossible to properly clean a tub if it won't drain. It is also impossible to not know that a tub won't drain if you are trying to clean it. Tubs that won't drain dont allow you to properly clean and rinse your feet. Would you please get your housekeepers to get someone to plunge the tub when they encounter a slow to drain tub?

  DON'T STAY AT THIS DUMP. Nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at! The whole room smelled like urine, and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. Toilet would occasionally "burp" a NASTY smell throughout the stay as well. Make sure to notice this: THEY DO NOT HAVE A POOL, they have an abandoned one. We were notified the pool had been closed last year when we checked in(should have immediately left) They need to take the beautiful pool pictures off of their online website. The entire section of bottom floor has been closed due to a second floor "water leak", but we never saw anyone working on anything....but sure could smell it! Staff was friendly, breakfast decent, and shower water was good and hot....other than that, you are better off sleeping in your car!

  Room smelled very musty. Very poor quality work on the remodel. Several leaks in the hallway ceiling. Bathroom door is so dirty, it looks like an outdoor door at a repair shop or something Do not recommend staying. here. We did stay because we got in really late, kinda wish we wouldn't have stayed as we are now congested and coughing. *editited to one star* my daughter now has to deal with congestion and allergies after we're home because of this dive. $140 to get sick... Do better!
