Photos do not match the rooms, this is the worst BW plus I have ever stayed at. Rooms smelled of cigarettes, keys never worked. Shower heads are green with corrosion, beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the whole main level had a very strong smell of chlorine, as if too much was added.

Not a good experience! We were in Olathe, Kansas for a funeral so we decided to stay at this hotel. What a mistake. It has dirty carpets, a ripped shower curtain and a smell of uncertain origin. We were going to leave but decided we were only going to sleep there. We went to breakfast on the first morning and it was no better than the room. The food was cold, gravy looked like colored water. There were 4 danishes in the display and some bread. I’ve never seen a buffet with such scare food. And to top it off there was a tip container on top of the water dispenser Asking for tips for service. This is a serve yourself breakfast!!! Needless to say we went elsewhere to eat. Would not stay here again.

This place is dirty and terrible! Our ceiling was leaking. Did not do anything about it, just put towels down. Our bathtub’s faucet looked like it was going to fall off. There was a huge spider than ran under the door in the pool area. The hot tub is yellow. Do not stay here.

While at the hotel all was fine. But I left an article behind. I called the next day and was told they had it and left my information so it could be mailed to me. It has been over two weeks and I haven't received it. I have called back twice more and no one has returned my call. Very disappointing.

I booked a room at Best Western through Hotels.com so I could enjoy a pool day with my kids. The room itself looked great—clean and well-kept.
However, the pool area, which was the main reason for my stay, was very disappointing. The hot tub was green (indicating a lack of proper chlorine) and the jets were not working. The pool was also cloudy and did not appear to meet basic cleanliness standards. When I spoke with the front desk about the hot tub, I was told they do not have a maintenance person who regularly services the pool and that it was “working fine.” As a property manager, I know pools require consistent maintenance and proper upkeep, which clearly was not happening here.
Additionally, the air conditioner in the room would only run for 15–20 minutes before shutting off and displaying an error code, which caused the room to become uncomfortably hot. The shower also had very poor water pressure.
Due to the room being so HOT and these issues overall, I ended up checking out at 1 a.m. and will NOT be returning.
