  We needed a last minute hotel room nearby while plumbing work was being done at our house and this place was perfect. The rooms were affordable, check-in was quick, and everyone was super friendly & welcoming! A couple of the staff members really stood out—Brittany Mettert and Haley Lowe! They both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Their exceptional customer service is the reason we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  Best western has really become the cream of the crop with regards to the cheaper places. This BW is right up there. The pool was nice, although a tad cold. I liked that they had towels there for customers as well as a shower! I like the location, just a little ways from Indy. There is at least one restaurant nearby though we didn't try it. Room was clean, breakfast was good. The lady running the breakfast area was a little gruff but she was still nice and helpful. We will definitely be back when in the area.

  Stayed there last night because of the storms that were coming in paid $156 for a room just to wake up with some weird bites or blisters or something on my hand talked to the lady at the counter went to the doctors they said it was possibly a chemical burn even though I never got in their pool and then tried to call the manager and the numbers disconnected so At this point I really wouldn't recommend staying here.

  You will not find a better place to stay! The owner the staff all of them are great and the rooms were very clean.

  The place to stay during the month of May if you want a reasonable rate while visiting Indianapolis. Everything worked as it should, just not fancy. Breakfast area was tight, but there was adequate breakfast foods available. Brittany at check-in helped me find the best rate available and she helped me change to a quieter room after I realized 1st room was close to the interstate.
