  This was our first visit at the hotel. We were greeted with friendly smiles and the check-in process was simple and quick. Our room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The entire hotel was spotless. The breakfast was very good. There was a great variety of food choices and the staff was very friendly. It was great comfortable experience. We definitely will be staying here again when we are in the area. I highly recommend this hotel!

  I travel for work constantly and I have yet to find a hotel as considerate, friendly and hardworking as staff operating this Best Western in Anderson Indiana. Kristen did a phenomenal job taking care of any request I had with a wide smile and happy nature. The facilities were sparkling clean with a delicious breakfast to boot. There are people that show up to work and get the job done good enough and there are champions that excel everyday and elevate the experience. If you couldn’t tell from my review - these are champions!

  Good, clean, well run hotel for the price. Friendly and helpful front desk, great complimentary breakfast. One of the best free hotel breakfast’s we’ve had in a long time..

  Very personable and helpful front staff, so we were impressed before we got in the room. The room was very clean, and with it being “pet friendly “, our room had no carpets which was great. I was worried when the clerk said that the “pet friendly rooms” were on one end of the building, first floor as it seems a lot of times when there are certain rooms set aside for pets, they are kind of worn down. Such was not the case here. The room was big, and as I said, very clean with no signs of destruction from other dogs. Very easy to take our dog out to the big grassy area. Reasonable price, and with a Cracker Barrel right next door, dinner was easy and good. Easy on/off I-69 so the entire experience was a good one. Since we were traveling on a weekend, we didn’t stay for breakfast as it opens at 7 am on weekends, and we wanted to get on the road early so I can’t review that. However, if it is as good as the rest of the hotel, I am sure it is great.
