  Rooms were decent but the bathroom floor was cracking. The room was clean enough to stay for 1 night but definitely not long term. Breakfast was very empty and not good at all

  Room decent. Not gross. But not great either. Check in was pleasant. But the outside of the hotel does not look safe when you arrive at night. The BW sign isn’t lit!!! Burned out! The entire large up in the air sign just dark. No lights in the parking lot. Looks ripe for thieves. And it certainly didn’t feel safe for women traveling alone. Also I was surprised (shocked) to find out AFTER I gave him my credit card that “oh by the way, a $100 security fee will be charged to your card in addition to the room rate. But don’t worry - it will be refunded back to you when you check out if everything is ok.” WHAT????? I’ve been loyal to BW for years of traveling. I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER BW AGAIN.

  When arriving at the property, I was skeptical due to the lack of upkeep outside and around the property. I was pleasantly surprised that the inside was clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was amazing!! The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again

  My room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. My kids loved the pool. When we needed extra towels or coffee for the coffee makers in our rooms, the staff was kind and promptly provided them to us. I would stay here again if I were in the area.
