THEY DO NOT HAVE A WORKING SHUTTLE. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THWY ADVERTISE A SHUTTLE THAT IS NON EXISTENT. when I called to reserve it they let me know the hotel has just reopened three weeks ago after being closed for two years. Not sure where the goo reviews are coming from. Front desk agents are not willing to help. Would NEVERA BOOK AGAIN as the main benefit is the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. CALL BEFORE YOU RESERVE AS THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT ACCURATE. they refused to provide compensation DO NOT BOOK HERE.

This hotel fits the description of an old truck stop motel from the 70s that was never refurbished. I was so disappointed with the room I immediately walked out. The carpet was stained and worn. The mattress was lumpy. The photos depicted in the advertisement are deceptive. The Western brand needs to consider pulling their name off this hotel.
When I visited for my one night stay ahead of an exam at the nearby Pearson Vue center, the hotel was undergoing major renovations, rendering the Wi-Fi and TVs completely unusable.
But the front desk guy was very friendly, the room was perfectly clean, with one star dinged just for the very odd layout of the suite, and the location is really good for food.
There are plenty of great food options nearby and the price was more than reasonable, even given the restrictions from the renovations.

No WiFi available at all. And no fix for it. Front desk said it’s out in all of the rooms but not the lobby and that was it. In other reviews WiFi has been an issue before so I don’t think they actually have it available or ever works right. Didn’t offer anything to make up for it either. Made for a pretty lame night after going to Chicago for my first time and not being able to enjoy some tv before bed

Normally I don’t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to for this hotel.
First, there was no Wi-Fi in most parts of the hotel during my stay. When I checked in, I asked the gentleman at the front desk why it wasn’t working, and he told me it was due to bad weather and would be fixed by the morning. The next morning, I asked another staff member, who informed me that the Wi-Fi had actually been down since the renovation. Receiving conflicting information like this was frustrating.
Second, the hotel does not seem to respond to messages or emails. My flight was delayed and I expected to arrive very late, so I contacted the hotel multiple times through the booking app to confirm that someone would be available to assist with check-in. I never received a response.
The carpets throughout the hotel also had an unpleasant smell, which made the property feel poorly maintained.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the location, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, that alone was not enough to make up for the other issues.
