  Was not a fan of the location. Our room smelt like lived in cigarette smoke. It was like someone had been smoking in that room for years. It did not look like anyone actually cared for the place, lots of missed cleaning opportunities. The tub drain was not draining, come to find out it's filled with hair. Additionally 3 small pillows on a king bed is wild.

  A very crappy hotel. Too many "stinky" rooms and not a very attractive place to be in. I will not come back to best western

  Loved finding this property north of Bloomington-Normal. Woman who checked us in was friendly, helpful, and efficient. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Price was good--way better than B-N hotels! I slept great. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Nice environment. Breakfast is good, too. I'd recommend stopping here.

  our ac unit did not seem to cool the room even when set to the lowest temperature. the unit would run for a while then kick off. the room stayed humid. I woke up twice bathed in sweat. the bed was not what I would call great comfort due to some lumps and prior body shapes. the carpets were in good shape. coffee in the room was good. the continental breakfast was just that. I had a waffle and toast with jelly. orange juice was tasty.

  Typical best western hotel. Near starved rock so thats a plus..only 5 miles away. Lots of local restaurant nearby and a Mexican restaurants in the parking lot of the hotel. The hot tub isn't working, but the pool is.
