  Comparing at is price point, this is a very well maintained and run hotel. The rooms are clean. The shower in my room was very clean, no sign of any mildew or mold (most hotels have it). The rooms look like they were recently redone. The furniture is standard BW. The room also has a fridge and microwave. The morning breakfast was complete. Wakes, omelettes, protein, potatoes, fruits, cereals, etc.

  Terrible check-in experience. I arrived around 2:10 AM with two rooms already booked and paid through booking.com. The front desk accepted one room but claimed the second wasn’t confirmed and kept telling me to call booking.com myself. Since it was 2 AM and I had no other option, I had to pay an extra $131 for a room I had already paid for. Extremely frustrating and poorly handled. I understand everyone wants to cover themselves, but at 2 AM, I would’ve really preferred dealing with staff who could actually help solve the problem instead of making things more difficult for me.

  Accidentally booked a smoking room so that was on us but the smell was unbearable, clothes had a stench afterwards. Smoke and mildew is all we smelled all night. Floor had debris on it, like it wasn’t cleaned. And found a bloody bandaid on the side of the bed and mold on the bedside table. For over $300 a night you’d think it’d at least be properly cleaned and mold free.

  2nd time here. Staff are very polite and helpful. Close to all things you need. Rooms are good for the price. Beds are comfortable.

  The room reeked of cigarettes even thought it is a non-smoking room. They tried to cover the smell with room spray.
