  My room smelled of an old fire and halfway smelled of cannabis. Have a laundry room with working machines. Eat breakfast and meals in the bar...folks said they were good.

  Over all, this hotel was Below BW standards compared to other BW hotels. The room was clean. The hallways had an order.

  Over-priced for the TV to be less than standard definition in resolution and the Netflix to not work. The bar makes a quick eat and drink convenient. Seems fairly dated like a 50 year old college dormitory.

  Carpet in the hallway is pretty stinky. Weird stain on the chair in my hotel room but the bed was clean. Definitely wasn't worth $200 per night but needed a place to stay for WNBA All Star weekend so it did the job. I wasn't going to leave a review at all but was pretty unimpressed by the hotel noticing I forgot my work laptop in my room but not calling me to tell me. I didn't notice I forgot it until I was two hours out of town on my way back to Minneapolis, so circling back to get it added an extra four hours onto my driving which was a major inconvenience. I asked them why they didn't call me, which would have alerted me sooner to the fact and saved me a headache. They claimed they had no way of knowing my phone number since I'd done my booking via a third party website (Hotwire). Seems dubious to me but even if that is true it seems like with a minimal amount of work they could have likely gotten my number by calling Hotwire. Anyway, it was a rotten experience. Won't ever come back.

  This.plaxe need to improve everything. Beginning with the customer service and rooms. I won't recommend this.
