  Eric Torres is an amazing person he was professional friendly happy and top of the line customer service me and my family member went down stairs to grab coffee not too sure if it was still available and I asked if I could grab some cups and he said absolutely and he offered me and my family member a muffin even after the snack station was closed he only had one request and that was to clean after ourselves and we did I would help him if I could awesome man he should have a raise

  Kye was so so helpful it was beyond amazing that he was able to help us find places in the area to go get food as well as when I twisted my ankle he was able to get me supplies for it truly I’m grateful because he didn’t have to so kind all that Eric T. was great he helped with so many things I am definitely not disappointed definitely amazing customer service and just so nice

  The room was clean and fresh linen. Smelt good, and location was great. I wished it would have been a little closer to the airport but the quality of not hearing planes flying was awesome. The customer service from the Manager Stephanie, to Nakye and then Michael and back to Nakye for the completion of a team with amazing customer service and relations. The relations is because it didn’t matter who you a human was I saw the same beautiful energy of kindness exchanged. Thank you

  Bright white bathroom. Clean. Slightly musty smell. The room itself smelled like butter cookies. The Argan Oil shampoo, conditioner and body wash might contribute to that smell? Eric was the nicest person I talked to aside from the guy at the Southwest baggage counter. Bed was firm. Slept like a rock. Pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was very good! I appreciate the yogurt dispenser and the toppings. I had coconut shreds, chocolate chips, granola and dried cranberries. You can see little signs of wear, a piece of trim separating from the headboard, little nicks in the corners of the wood toppers on the pony walls. And this neighborhood is no place nice. It's urban sprawl. It's full on busy city that's all pavement and no green grass or trees. Ok, a few trees. But, there's nothing management could do about that. There are shops and stuff nearby, but I wouldn't want to walk it. If you really wanted to, you could get groceries and other supplies. There's even a nice restaurant, but there's also a very obvious rent by the hour motel nearby with a pretty obvious purpose. Coffee, tea, warm food, cold food...and a place to sleep was what I needed. Eric's kindness was the cherry on top. I feel he understands that weary Travelers sometimes get bumped off flights. I appreciate that.
