  The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice when I arrived. The bed was okay, but I found it to be somewhat uncomfortable. The water pressure in the room was also a bit on the low side. On the positive side, the hot tub was nice and made for a relaxing experience overall.

  Overall good for the value. Close to Shoshone Falls. The saturday breakfast was fresh with myriad options. Pool and hot tub are spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. There is a small basketball court on the side of the hotel.

  We stayed here in September and really liked the location of this hotel. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, which was very convenient. It’s also just a short drive to Twin Falls and several scenic overlooks, so it was a great spot for exploring the area. The hotel staff at the front desk check-in was helpful and other staff were friendly. We stayed on the third floor, and our room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and all the amenities were in good working order. The shower had good water pressure and stayed at a comfortable temperature. It was also nice and quiet during our stay. Breakfast also had a good variety of options, including omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bread, fruit, and make-your-own waffles. We also like their little french toasted. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

  Hotel has clean rooms, comfortable beds, good facilities and friendly front desk staff. It is in a convenient location. However they need to review training for their maintenance staff. Coming into a room with a privacy sign up at 9am without knocking and no apologies while people are showering is absolutely unacceptable.

  Highly recommend this hotel! The property itself is clean, and the amenities are awesome, and the kindness of the staff is even better. Such kind and caring people, a home away from home. Plus, such a comfortable bed. If you’re not sure where to say stay in Twin Falls, definitely stay here!
