Entrance is directly before Sinclair gas station. Gift bag for platinum members was nice. Staff friendly. Laundry clean and affordable, needs sign for duration of washer and dryer. No elevator but no biggie, needs sign to move after driving. Pool outside. Landscaping awesome and holiday decorations were awesome. Didn’t have time to see all like restaurant/exercise room or convention center. Door to room could use some padding to reduce noise and drafts. Room clean. No Gideon bible in room, please correct.

The whole experience every time we come for our convention is a wonderful time. Michelle and catering knock it out of the park with their hospitality and food. The secret recipe smoked brisket is right in line with my Grandpas. Thank you again to the whole staff. 🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂

Five stars! We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention Center! The pool and hot tub were a big hit, and our son had such a great time swimming. The continental breakfast was great and a perfect way to start the morning. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely look forward to coming back!

Didn’t get the room we reserved and staff at the front desk was unsympathetic to say the least. We reserved a king bed and was given two queens. Front desk didn’t even tell us, we found out after we drug all our stuff and dogs upstairs. When I called front desk to see if it was an error, was told no error, we just don’t have any more king rooms. In addition, there was a bad flapper valve on the toilet and it kept running. Easy fix, just had to turn the water off and on each time we needed to flush. Have had great luck at many other BW properties across the US but have issues here last three stays. Guess I was a slow learner. I have learned my lesson and will pass right by BW Burley from now on.
