  Great hotel rooms, pool area was fun for the kids. It goes to 9 feet deep. Hot tub was nice and hot. Only downside was the breakfast. They had no butter or peanut butter for my toast, no granola for the yogurt. Expected more from the breakfast

  Super nice rooms but as for them being serviced might as well do it yourself been here 3 nights and not so much as a trash bag changed yet alone getting fresh towels parents let their brats run around like hooligans and kick other guests doors all hours of the night with nothing being said to the parents or kids. I was just told we'll their just being. Kids by a staff member even though I had to go to work in the morning guess I don't need any rest

  This is an old property with lots of challenges. The hallway on the fourth floor smelled funky. The room smelled like someone had smoked bacon without ventilation. The bed was very comfortable. Unbeknownst to us when we booked. Participants in a 12-team Little League tournament was booked. More than 100 prepubescent kids invaded the place. We would not have booked had we known. The noise level was off the charts. This property also has the smallest elevators I had ever been. If you're a bit clostrophobic like I am you might think about taking the stairs. They are that small ... And SLOW.

  First, getting to your room is a weight loss session. The hallway is about 87 degrees w/ a humidity of 90+%. Wear clothing you don't mind sweating through. Second, if you shower quick, you won't take a bath. The tub drain DOES NOT DRAIN!! Ok, the 6-9 inches of water finally emptied 10-15 minutes later. Third, maintenance had to come to my room and start the AC. Not a big problem, but... Finally, the desk personnel (evening) is not the most pleasant individual you will encounter during your stay. All that said, it's not expensive, it's comfortable & clean. Breakfast is good. And it's a great place to bring kids, the pool is designed for them.
