    Overall it is a great stay. The pool and hot tub were clean, breakfast was great and the fytbess center was amazing for a hotel.

    $300 a night for a pool room means a large old dated room in the same building as the pool.you can see the former days of glory. However you must also live the former days of glory. I'm sorry this hotel is no longer a great place and $300 no just no. $150 maybe.

    I went to your pool and was not even wet yet and slipped in an area where there was an incline to a drain. I not only feel, but I sprained my MCL and hurt my SI joint in my back. I called them and was told they are following the state regulations. There is no railing for safety. I have been out of work for 2 weeks and had to apply for FLMA because of your lack of safety. I went to urgent care and the doctor twice this week for x-rays and check ups. I now have to do physical therapy to be able to go back to work because of your negligence. I have nerve pain in my back as well. The worst experience I have had.

    The hotel is under new management, and not the same level of service as in days past. I booked a room online for my wife to stay two nights in a queen size bed room. When she checked in they put her in the "honeymoon suite" with a king sized bed. She thought that was wrong and said something, but they insisted it was the correct room. She even asked for a receipt to make sure she wasn't being charged the wrong amount. They refused to give her a receipt and said she could have one when she checked out. Well, at 11AM she heard a knock on the door and they told her she had to vacate the room. My wife said that she had a reservation for two nights, and they disagreed and said she had to leave. Well, she hurriedly got all her stuff and put it out into the hallway and called me. I called the hotel and they tried to say that we only had a reservation for one night. Luckily, I had a digital copy of the reservation which I sent to my wife and she showed the guy at the front desk. At that point they admitted their mistake and put her in a queen size bed room for the last night. What a disaster! My wife was under a lot of stress due to the reason for her travel, and the last thing she needed was that chaos. When she pointed out their error, they should have just let her stay in the room so as not to inconvenience her, but instead they wanted to argue that she had made the error. What nerve! When she checked out they still wouldn't give her a receipt showing what we had paid, all they gave her was a paper that said "guest folio" in the corner showing that the extra money charged for the honeymoon suite had been returned, so we were never given a receipt showing what we had been charged. Terrible customer service!
